Entrevista
You will receive a phone call first. You will be asked for some questions from the pool. Very easy multiple choice questions. If you pass the phone screen, you will be scheduled a technical interview using skype. After you pass the technical interview, you will be scheduled an interview with HR for salary and details.

Asked simple questions relating to software development. Even if you miss 30% of them, you still get the offer. After that, the next interview was a simple programming interview where they asked me to write to python scripts and tell them the runtime of them.
