Shortly following an accounting test, organised a 30 minute online interview mixture of fit and technical questions, 10 minutes of fit and 20 minutes of technical questions on banks/accounting fundamentals.

Asked me about the BASEL framework, a bank's balance sheet, problems with EBITDA metric for banks, my favourite excel function,
Pretty quick, about 6 weeks total from initial application. Only consisted of an initial call with basic screening questions before final round interview. Final round interview with manager and account manager, about an hour long.

Why do you want to work here, what makes you a good fit, career aspirations etc...
It is difficult for foreigners, because it is all in Japanese. However interviewers are nice to undergraduates, and do not really challenge us too much with business knowledge. I think if you prepare more, it is not too challenging.
