The interview process consisted of three parts.
1. First phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter deep-dove into my resume and general background, and was interested in aligning my work history with opportunities at Moog.
2. Second phone screen was a conference call with senior engineering & management staff. It was a free-form discussion including general problem solving and personality discussions.
3. The third interview was an in-person, on-site interview at the Tempe, Az complex. I met with several of the staff that were on the interview phone screening; the in-person interview was approximately 4-5 hours long; staff was very receptive to questions and conversations were as technical as they were personable.
