Entrevista
The process starts with filling out an online application, attaching resume and cover letter. You are then asked to complete an online numeracy test, which takes about 20 minutes. After a month of silence I was sent an e-mail from HR requesting an interview with a current IT analyst.

Generic questions about choosing the degree, what I liked/disliked about it, recent developments in technology I was aware of, teamwork etc. The person I spoke to did not sound too interested in what I had say.
