Amazing, 3 rounds were there and then a final round where we had to make a presentation and present it to a panel and then they asked us questions on the basis of it
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
