The interview process was honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. From the start, the tone felt less like a professional conversation and more like I was supposed to prove I was “lucky” just to be sitting there. Instead of asking about my skills or experience, they focused on strange, almost irrelevant questions—things that had nothing to do with the role. It felt more like they were testing how much I’d tolerate rather than actually trying to learn about me as a candidate.
At times, it came across as if they expected me to be grateful simply for the chance to interview, rather than treating it as a two-way process where both sides determine if it’s a good fit. By the end, I left with the impression that they were more concerned with power dynamics than finding the right person for the job.

Great communication and expectations. Started with a One-Way video interview, followed up with a phone screen, and 2 in person interviews with different members of leadership. The communication was great all the way through.

The interview process was smooth! Great people to talk to, very inviting and relatable. The longer the interview the better your chances are at being offered the position. They get you started in a timely manner once offered.
