Take home coding task and I person situational problem solving question. Work with engineers to talk through a solution. Be able to talk about some possible issues and how you would test the solution. Some situational questions to follow up and show how you work well with others.

Codility challenge, followed by a half-day interview. 2 x technical + 1 x culture. Got reply from recruiter next day. Feedback was that while I'm definitely technically competent enough for the role, they got an impression that I am "not a team player" based on my answers as to why I want to quit my current job. Reading between the lines, and having read some other reviews of Morse Micro, my impression is that they want a yes-man in the position who will accept constant scope creep, unrealistic product roadmaps and lack of work-life balance resulting from those issues. Frankly, I think I dodged a bullet here.
