Entrevista
The first round was screening with HR, which went smoothly. The second round was an interview with the hiring manager, which was mainly focused on details of past experience. I got selected for the loop, and it was five sessions, including a presentation, each for about an hour. In the first session of the interview with the lead TPM, the interviewer asked for details about my experience, and after about 20 minutes into the interview, he started to challenge every detail of my answer and made it very obvious that my answers and approach were incorrect. The last 5 minutes remained for the interview, and he did not allow me to ask him any questions despite my trying to ask questions. He rather mentioned since we have five more minutes, let me ask you a few more questions, and at the end of the hour, he dismissed, saying we were out of time. It was only a one-way interview. This made it clear that the culture was not collaborative and I decided not to continue the interview process. I am really glad I decided to not continue with the process as I could sense it was not a collaborative and accepting work culture.

Entrevista
The interview process was very well structured starting form HR screening to initial screening with hiring manager to other leads and eventually back to hiring manager for the final interview.
The best part was the recruiter kept me up to date with all the steps. (In my case the interview process took almost 1.5 months so it was kind of long process but it was unusual due to couple of reasons)
During the interview every interviewer was different but overall they were very accommodating and patiently listened to all the details during our discussion.
