I applied online and then got a phone interview with a director at Mount Sinai IT Department. The phone interview just went through my experiences and skill sets. After the first phone interview, i was scheduled to have an onsite office interview with that director and a senior developer. After i finished the interview at their office, i got a reply a day later saying that my skills were not match.
