I submitted an application that aligned exactly with every requirement listed. Instead of a conversation, assessment, or even a quick screening call, I received a canned rejection email with zero explanation.
If this is how the company evaluates talent — ignoring qualified candidates without even a minimal review — it raises serious questions about how decisions are made internally.
The hiring process feels random, unstructured, and dismissive of applicants’ time. Not a great reflection of the company culture.
