I had a positive experience interviewing for this role at Mtech Access. The recruitment team were helpful, reassuring and supportive through the different aspects involved in the hiring process The process included an introductory phone call, a shorter interview with two members of the team, a written task and a final interview which I was asked to prepare a presentation for. After accepting my offer, Chris was on hand to answer any questions I had, and I felt fully informed during the contracting and onboarding process. Overall, the hiring process gave a great first impression and reflects the company's supportive and friendly culture.
