I was interviewed by 2 individuals, I researched them, their roles and experience prior to the interview, both were very junior individuals and barely had any qualifications. This was to be an introductory interview (not technical) started with introductory questions then these individuals asked about my background and some projects I worked on. I could see one project in particular I mentioned interested them immensely, they kept asking questions about this, to the point where they might as well have just asked me to code this for them and be done with it. This project was for my previous employer and code was intellectual property. I mentioned this and these interviewers got irked. They went from bothersome to downright loathsome, mean and just vile. The interview was so bad I actually let the HR rep know afterwards about how these people acted and she had to apologize. I have no idea what happened to them but I honestly hope that was their first and last interview.
