Got emailed pretty fast by a nice gentleman and called on the phone to set up an interview at the credit union I applied for with the assitant branch manager and branch manager. They came late 30 minutes to the interview. I came in 10 minutes early. Big red flag and unprofessional. The AM said she respected my time by coming late even though that was a time best suited for them. The questions were strange and specifically the assistant branch manager seemed confused on what she was even asking. I got moved to another inteview with the Regional Manager, however she was unproffessional, seemed disinterested and yawned multiple times. The entire process felt demotivating and not respectful of my time. Maybe I got unlucky with the people that were hiring at that specific site.

I interviewed Early Feb. I was Ghosted after the Interview, I never got a call Back about whether I got the Job or Not and it has been weeks. I was Told I would get a Response within a couple of days. If this is how Human Resources Treat applicants imagine how they Treat Employees.
