When I interviewed, it was a three step process. First, a meeting with the recruiter to make sure everything aligns on both ends. The second, a meeting with one or two potential managers. And the third, a meeting with the director of success.

The first interview was ok, just ask basic phone screen interview and pretend to be interested in their culture and you'll pass because they don't know about the job, the second and last interview was boring with pointless question it seemed like an inexperience manager.
