I had to interview with 7 people in the company. The second person I interviewed with had me on a car speaker phone and asked me 3 questions. The other interviews were ok and seemed very positive then I interviewed with CEO who asked me question that had nothing to do with my current job and he brought up past things and asked questions about my current employer. I found it very inappropriate. In the end I was not given an offer and I feel that it was because I would not talk about my current employer.
