Quick five minute phone interview with HR for an NBC summer internship. Asked difficult questions like, tell me about a time you failed, tell me about an experience with an unexpected negative obstacle, etc. Heard back two weeks later- didn't get it.

It was two rounds of interviews with two individuals each time. They were super nice and came from different sectors of the team, so I had to understand my role across the board. They were all eventually on my team, which helped with getting to know them.
