You have to complete an online questionnaire to determine your personality and once your have passed that stage then you receive a phone call which doesn't last long, they ask how you would handle a stressful situation and a bit about yourself

Good process. Tour of the building and then introduction video as to what the company does etc. Listened to an example customer call. One to one interview. Then proceeded on to the navigation assessment which was fairly simple. Overall, it was a positive process.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and well-organized interview process, and I left the conversation with a positive impression of the team and the opportunity. Very good highly recommend the company and process.

it was great, easy and very relaxed, the interviewer was very good and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. it was one of the best interviews of my life
