Applied online. Got an email from a recruiter within a week where I was directed to do a HireVue video interview (one sided, not live), where I'd have to answer a few questions. I had a couple of days to do this. In the video interview, I had time to practice an answer to a question but once I was answering the question for real, I could only do it once. The questions were straightforward, asking about my background, why I want to work at the NFL, etc. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and followed up with the recruiter who responded relatively quickly and said she would get back to me within the next week. I never heard anything again after that, despite following up again. I found it to be rather unprofessional to ghost like that. An automated rejection email would have been preferable and this has left a bad taste in my mouth re: NFL hiring process.
