First, there was an interview where two people asked me about the technologies I had used and my work experience at my previous company. Since my experience didn’t align perfectly with their tech stack, they mentioned I would be placed under a probationary period during which they would train me in their technologies. After that, they sent me to another room where a man who I assumed was from HR, though I’m not sure, asked me similar questions and inquired about my salary expectations. I noticed they were looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, yet they were only offering a salary range of 4k to 8k, which seemed low. He then assured me that he would follow up and asked whether I preferred a phone call or an email. But he never called back. I found that extremely unprofessional. If they weren’t interested, they could have simply said they would consider my application instead of giving me false assurance and then ghosting me.
