Director has discussed about the salary negotiation while HR has taken the interview in which only general questions have been asked by him.
They have committed for appraisal once in a year but later the management find only excuses for not giving any appraisal to any employees even you will not get any appraisal for your best support towards the company.

Entrevista
The company came in campus placement season to hire students. Son of the owner of NKG Infra himself visited campus to select candidates as he was himself an IIT Alumni. Before the interview students were shortlisted on the basis of CGPA cutoff limit. The interview usually lasted for approx 10 mins per candidate. However mine interview lasted 1 hr and the interviewer was quite impressed but still he didn't offer me any job as I was OVERQUALIFIED! So my advice to other candidates is don't boast about your foreign internships and all just be simple guy and show them you are ready to work of your sweat in heat of delhi.
The students hired by them were not great in studies, all the students had CGPA between 6 to 6.5 , they were basically looking for basic managerial skills, willingness of student to work on site with site workers.
