My initial interview was with the administrator and the medical director for the department. It was one interview explaining what the job was and what the research trial they were starting up was about. It was a very general interview. The whole interview itself was quick. The administrator made it seemed like it was urgent to have someone get started as soon as possible. I was offered the job and started less than two weeks later. Unfortunately, the study was no where near ready to start up so I was doing nothing for about two months.

The interview was well-organized, professional, and conversational. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions, made me feel comfortable, and clearly explained the role and company culture. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
