Entrevista
The process was very quick. I sent my CV directly to a PI. Got response right away. Scheduled an interview in a couple of weeks. The interview process included one-on-one meeting with my future boss, then meeting with each lab member, then power point presentation of my research, lunch with the future boss, meeting with the director of postdoctoral program, then a seminar on related topic but presented by a different speaker. A day-long interview.

It consist of three steps:
1) PI interview
2) Team interview
3) HR interview
Once you pass these three, you are in, though it will take about 1 month to incorporate if you are already in US. It is pretty fast.

Research presentation before the PI on the first day. Next, a day was scheduled where a detailed presentation was presented in presence of the whole research group. Thereafter, recommendation letters were asked from referees.

Entrevista
Visited the lab and gave a presentation, then discussed research opportunities with the PI and other postdocs/graduate students. Sent over some research proposal ideas via email after the visit, and we agreed a start date.
