This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I had a phone interview and the recruiter never called. After contacting the recruiter, I got a simple reply of I'm busy in a meeting I'll call you later. There was no apology for making me wait and no time given for the next interview. I asked to reschedule because I was not about to wait around my phone for a possible phone interview. After the next interview was set, the recruiter did not call me yet again. I contacted HR and they reached out to my recruiter and said they'd give me a call. Two hours after my original phone interview, I was still not given a call. I don't understand how anyone could be so rude and unprofessional. I know that NYU langone medical center is a great place to work, but their recruiters need better training. I am appalled by the whole situation and the lack of empathy and understanding. They need to do a better job and learn that the interviewees should be respected as well. I know there's nothing that can be done about the situation because no one will bother to do anything about it.
