Entrevista
Applied online and was contacted within a couple days by email asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was the same weak and lasted approximately 25 minutes. I was asked what relevant experience I had and my schedule and availability. Met directly with the curator of the collection, not a hiring manager, who was easy going and focused on compatibility and experience.

Straightforward HR screening plus an in person round with the academic department. Varies widely based on hiring manager and speed needed to fill the role based on prior engagements. Internal mobility between academic and supporting departments can be challenging

How do you balance good service with ensuring your team do not spend too much time with one particular professor?

This review is specifically for the School of Law. I interviewed for a job here and was put through six rounds of interviews and asked to complete a take home assignment, and was ghosted. In the last interview, the interviewer was disrespectful and asked me personal questions that seemed over the line to me. The process took over six months and it seemed as if they were keeping me on the hook with months between communications and interviews, but I guess not that interested in actually hiring me. I don’t know what game they were playing but it was super disrespectful and I wouldn’t waste your time here.

It was more of understanding your way of thinking strategically, paired with judgement accuracy and consistency in daily workflows. The interview was more of a conversation than intense discussion and analysis.
