Name a time you had a difficult customer. How did you handle it?

In my answer not only did I solve the problem but I was also able to increase the size of the sale! Win for the customer, win for me and a win for the company! But they still passed. This a stick up bunch who only hire their buddy’s from off the street. That’s why their customer service sucks!
