1 screening phone call. 2 in-person interviews. The first woman was polite and professional. The second woman was the morning supervisor and was in a cranky mood, trying to speed through questions. She was irritated throughout the whole interview. She then showed me around the manufacturing site. She didn't greet or greet back her associates as we walked past them. Once the tour ended and I went halfway out the lobby door I could hear her exclaim a profanity about me. The lack of empathy and respect for others was egregious. I would've declined even if i had an offer.

Phone screen conducted first by a supervisor or manager. Video interview follows with a manger, supervisor, or lead. Interview is pretty simple. 30 minute sessions with 2 different people. Lab tour available upon request but requires a visitor pre-screen
