first round of interview consists of aptitude questions which is then followed by group discussion and then finally the in person interview with a HR person is conducted . question are quite straight forward and the interviewer makes sure that the candidate feels comfortable before commencing the process. A good experience overall.

A problem you faced earlier (either in school or college ) and how you faced it and what were the lessons learnt
It is a very friendly process. They will ask you questions about your previous experience. They also ask what are your expectations from the company. Overall its not a stressful interview.
Interview had 3 rounds , which are easy to pass.First round is a general introduction to yourself , if selected basis on prior experience or confidence, next one is appti test which gives you to result hand to hand.alast round is Manager interview and the level depends on the team requirements and Manager’s own judgement
