It was over the phone, I was promised a CRM and some free leads until I started making money.
Never got the free leads.I was not happy with the leads I had to pay for and could not get my money back, I left NAA and for 2 months I still can't get a release from any carriers.

It was very informative and laid back. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and helpful. The interviewer was not just interested in what i could bring to the job, but who i was as a person.

It was more of a recruiting atmosphere and didn't really feel like an interview. A lot of big words were used to try and convince me to do the job which I felt was strange.
