it was group interview followed by a one on one interview at a later date. In the group interview they asked some serious interview questions but they also asked some strange ones, for example if you had to pick one song to be your theme song what would it be. They were looking at personalities in the group interviews and then really skill sets in the one on one interviews. It was an interesting process and one that i think really does work.
