Had an hour long interview with many questions. It felt like I didn’t give long answers before we just moved onto the next question. The interviewer also explained the ins and outs of NCI and already gave an overview of salary and schedule. I also took online assessments that they assigned beforehand.

Online typing, proofreading, and concentration tests, which took about 15-20 minutes total. About a week later was invited for an Echo test. Given two practice rounds, then the actual test. The practice echo is deceptively easy compared to the real test, and it seemed like the passing standards are really high.
