Panel interview with two researchers at the company, one focused on qualitative research and another on quantitative research. The interview was online through Teams and was around thirty minutes long.

The interview process was basic, in fact 5 minutes long, anyone could pass it. The onboarding process was actually awful with the people, who remain faceless and nameless give inaccurate information. I got to the point where I decided to pull out of the process even though I got the position. 5 hours later I received an email saying I hadn’t been successful. I think there HR processes are awful.

Entrevista
The interview was based on a range of questions on survey methods - quantitative and qualitative. It was a good environment and the interviewers were very supportive. It lasted one hour.
