Found on local job website. Went through your typical phone interview as well as two follow up interviews. The initial phone interview was as one would expect. "What are you looking for?", "Here is the job description...", "What is your experience?" The two on one interview was again very generic. The group/team interview was more of a "Meet you new co-workers". Received an offer about three weeks after initially submitting resume.
