This is the company to practise your interview skills. They invite you for an interview and then reject you for "not having enough experience". They have multiple teams for a Software Engineer role but are confused which team they are hiring for or which team they will put you into. They expect you to have a "NTI" mindset within the first 3 months before passing probation.

Entrevista
Very casual - borderline unprofessional. 2 person panel interview. Lots of irrelevant and fluffy questions and I got a sense they had a strong micromanagement nature which was later confirmed when I accepted the role. Gave me impression they were highly Agile workplace but again that wasn't the case. Got a sense they had high expectations of the role and wanted someone who could do everything for little return.
