I applied online and then received an email to take an online simulation assessment. After passing the assessment, about a week later I got a call to setup up an interview for the following week. The interview was a 2:1 interview consisting of a series of questions explaining different situations. I then asked questions about the job and was given a questionnaire to fill out for a background and credit report, and was told to drop off at the front desk on my way out, and that if I was selected I would hear back by phone otherwise I would get an email from the HR department. I just interviewed yesterday so I'm hoping to get a call soon!

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
