Applied online and a few days later I was asked to do an online assessment. A few days later they called me in for an interview. The questions were about different customer service senarios. Still waiting to hear back from them.
Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

Entrevista
It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
