Interview process was very smooth. Recruiter came to greet me and took me a room, then I sat down with 2 of the hiring managers. At Navy Federal, they make you feel very comfortable in interviews. They are very nice, but professional, and answer all of your questions. Surprisingly for this position, there weren't as many technical questions as I thought, but know specs of your computer- and basics. They go through your resume and discuss it a lot, so be ready to talk about that. Be ready to provide examples of your problem solving/IT experience and customer service/communication experience and ability. You got this!
