The interview process was quite simple. I had inquired about a sales person position weeks prior and decided to walk into HR and see if they were hiring. In person they immediately conducted an interview and said they would be in touch.

What is one of your favorite things regarding fashion?
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
