Entrevista
Simple. Usually only one interview. Mostly looking for people with retail sales experience but just about any customer service experience will do. Basically they want people that will be presentable and energetic. Your job is basically taking to people all day and ringing at the cash wrap.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
