Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter online and he explained that they are looking for many senior profiles like lead and senior developer. Then he talked with over video and then sent me an assignment.
After the assignment he invited me for the interview with 2 other developers. Till now everything was fine. Also the recruiter was really helpful.
But when i had technical interview with the 2 developers who claimed to be leads were simply laughing and trying to make fun of me. Whereas they forgot that i am also a senior developer and working for a very big tech company. They misunderstood when i said i am working on R&D project then they said he is not really working on real data projects and working on small scale project. This was the feedback given by the recruiter. But i just want to tell the technical guys that please don't be so rude with your candidates. They even stopped the interview midway by just saying "I think we can't go further with you bye". Literally 30 seconds and then off.

I applied for the Senior Software Engineer role. HR sent me an email regarding the first call. We had a call with an HR person who was very negative and so rude! After 10 min passed, she told me that you're not fit for the company. I asked why she said that I wasn't fit as cultural. She was a genius. She understood it in 10 min asking classic HR questions. I wouldn't want to work for a company like this.

Entrevista
I have applied with CV, a neat cover letter and answered a few extra requested questions. Received an enthusiastic mail shortly after, quickly made an appointment to the earliest availability which was around 5 days away. I have received a mail one day prior to the interview with the Lead Tech Recruiter. It was from another recruiter, saying that they cancelled the interview, without any reasoning whatsoever. At first I thought the position was filled but, two months have passed the same posting is still available.
