Straight forward with online application, followed by a short interview with COO and then finally a longer interview with CEO and COO. The whole process too about one week. Great overall experience and a testimony of a company culture that, while not for everyone, stands out from everything I have seen before. After the process, I was left behind with the feeling that this company must be been like how Apple was while it still had only 50 people. For the right people, this company can be the rocket ship to propel careers and personal growth.
