14 interviews with eight people over three months. No response to any requests for status in the end. Very unprofessional. I was led to believe that it was a good fit and then to go dark?

3. Hiring manager interview
4. Sales roleplay interview
Each of the following steps were quite straightforward but the sales roleplay interview was a bit challenging. It was good to meet the team and understand their requirements for this role.

Internal BDR promotion. You need to have data to point to and stories to tell. Difficult to make it to promotion, but most get promoted by the end. Find a manager with a management style you like and try to get on their team
Relaxed interview process that was just as much about NetSuite as it was about you. Very prompt on follow up and clear on next steps. Also very transparent about the entire process.
