I got a call to set up a phone interview and I was called at the correct time. My interviewer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was really looking for the best fit for the position that they would want as well as making sure that it was a fit that I would want. What I was most impressed with was the follow up, I really appreciated that they called. It seems like a great company but this particular position just wasn't the right fit for me.
