First did a phone interview with the head recruiter at their main office. Then an in person interview with the hiring manager and department supervisor. Both interview went really well. They asked basic questions about my experience and gave a good overview of the position and expectations. All pretty standard. However, I was told I would get a decision within two weeks of the interview. After waiting three weeks with no response I inquired on the position. A month after that I received an email stating I was still in the running. It’s been 8 months now and no response.

Asked 4 basic STAR behavioral questions, then asked me to tell them about myself. Was interviewed for 30 minutes by two different hiring managers. There were columns on a sheet that they filled out for each component of my star response to the questions asked.
