It was an individual interview with a panel of people from the district. This included district superintendents as well as school site administrators. It was very friendly and felt like a conversation.

Entrevista
One on one with the District supervisor. Very informal and comfortable. We sat facing each other and she asked me about my experience and work history. I felt at ease and we had a conversation regarding how my previous school had closed and how many charter schools are beginning to crop up. It was a very nice interview and I had a positive feeling when I left.

Entrevista
There were several people interviewing for this position and were all waiting to be called one by one. I felt the interviewer, who I believe was the superintendent was very nice and cordial and open minded.
