I went through several rounds of interviews, and the last one was a presentation to the sales team I would be working with. Everybody on the team was very helpful and informative.

3 step process. 1st, call with the recruiter with basic questions (tell me about yourself, etc.). 2nd call with a team manager that walks through your experience / why Nextiva / etc. 3rd is an in-person interview with the BDR director with a presentation that is the day in the life of a BDR : how to prospect, emails, personas, etc.
