1. Video Interview with a recruiter asking normal questions, but the person kept silence when asked about the job description and avoided more questions related to the position. 2. Technical test (homework) Unrealistic take home assignment that included the development of a fullstack application with ci/cd, tests, deployment, etc. in just few days. it is worth to mention it is UNPAID. 3. Technical interview (not reached) 4. Client interview (not reached)

First interview was through phone call with a HR person, after that I had a tech challenge (not supervised) basically work on a small project and share my work though github. Next thing was a tech interview with lead developers from Nicasource and finally an interview with a tech lead of the client company I would work for.
