Interview on Zoom/Teams with the Dubai office, with the Dubai CEO and GM. Interview was smooth, took 1/2 hour. Having had experience in Japan, my language skills were tested, even the position apparently didn t required any knowledge of Japanese. Great company and strong structure, would have been a good experience working with them

Why I left Japan? Would you leave in Dubai? What s your strongest point in the design process?
Nice and Respectful. The interviewer knew what he wanted and ask straight questions. He wasn't looking to trick me. He was also straight forward when evaluating me afterwards. I would recommend being honest.
