I was disappointed because the interviewer / recruitment contact didn't get back to me with any feedback after the interview. I contacted them but they ignored my emails. And the interview went well. It could be the case that I was just not the right person for this job, which I accept, but I think it is pretty disappointing if you write emails asking for feedback and get no reply given that you've taken the time to prepare and do an interview. It doesn't speak well for the company:) Another thing - I asked a lot of questions, not sure if they liked that although asking questions is supposed to show your interest in the company and the stuff you are discussing with the interviewer.
