I was reached out to by a recruiter and the process consisted of a recruiter screening, meeting with the hiring manager, meeting with the CBO, meeting with the CPO, and then I had one final call where they had told me that I would be receiving an offer. The entire process took about 2 weeks. All of the questions were relevant to the role and past experience as well as what some of my goals are. Everyone who interviewed me was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and extremely considerate of my time. Highly recommend applying to NoTraffic and I really enjoyed the interview process!

I interviewed with the company twice over the past couple of years, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing.
The first time, I had a positive technical conversation with the hiring manager and was given a home assignment. I invested significant time in delivering a high-quality solution, but never received any feedback or update on my candidacy, which felt unprofessional.
The second time, I interviewed for a senior role with a different manager. The process included a simple coding task. Based on prior experience with senior-level interviews—where minimal solutions were sometimes seen as not sufficiently strong—I chose a more structured approach. Instead of having a constructive discussion around the solution, the interaction became uncomfortable, with assumptions made about the origin of the code, and the conversation ended abruptly without meaningful feedback.
Overall, the process felt inconsistent and at times unwelcoming. Improving candidate communication, providing feedback on assignments, and ensuring respectful, objective technical discussions would significantly improve the experience.
