Different than other companies, after application there was 4 timed questions of hypothetical coaching scenarios and how the applicant would respond to them. As well as a 1 minute video of yourself describing why you think you're a good fit for the company.
Following that step, there was an hour long mock coaching session.
Then, a final virtual interview as the final step.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
